Start Yachting |
Beginners start HERE! A two day practical course providing experience of steering a yacht, sail handling, ropework and safety awareness. Usually run over a weekend.

| Competent Crew |
Introduces the complete beginner to cruising and teaches personal safety, seamanship and helmsmanship to the level required to be a useful member of the crew of a cruising yacht.Course duration 5 days.

| Day Skipper |
Designed for those with some sailing experience and basic navigation knowledge. The objective is to teach pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling up to the standard required to skipper a small cruising yacht safely by day in tidal waters with which the student is familiar - usually the minimum level of experience required to charter in the UK and abroad.Couse duration 5 days.

| Coastal Skipper |
For those with Day Skipper experience and more, including Coastal Skipper shore-based navigational knowledge. The aim of the course is to learn the skills and techniques required to skipper a cruising yacht safely on coastal and offshore passages by day and night.Course duration 5 days

Exam Prep |
Practical preparation for RYA / MCA Yachtmaster and Coastal Skipper exams Normally 5 days can be extended if required.
